The full-service model. DaChaYuan stations a professional team of tea artists within your property, managing daily tea service across arrival, lobby lounge, Chinese restaurant, VIP room, spa, and fine-dining touchpoints. We provide tea products, teaware, service materials, and ongoing quality supervision under a single cooperation agreement.
From raw material to finished product. We design, develop, and supply the full range of hotel tea products, guestroom tea bags, loose-leaf suite collections, custom gift boxes, co-branded retail lines, and seasonal limited editions. All products are manufactured to international quality standards with full traceability from garden to guest.
We create and operate dedicated tea experiences within hotel environments, lobby tea counters, tea lounges, private tea rooms, and spa tea stations. From interior concept and material specification to daily staffing, purchasing, and event programming, DaChaYuan manages the full operational life of a tea space.
DaChaYuan's Tea Academy (大茶元茶道院) delivers structured, multi-level tea education for hospitality teams. Training encompasses tea culture knowledge, brewing standards, service rituals, storytelling, pairing, and guest engagement. A tiered certification system, Tea Artist, Tea Steward, Tea Space Manager, ensures measurable progression and consistent delivery standards across all properties.
DaChaYuan provides bespoke tea performances and event-reception services for corporate meetings, international forums, private banquets, cultural exhibitions, and luxury brand collaborations. Our team has served at the Congdu International Forum and leading government reception events, bringing the precision and cultural depth of Chinese tea ceremony to the highest protocol environments.
At the highest level of formal hospitality, DaChaYuan provides government-protocol tea reception services for international forums, state leadership meetings, and senior diplomatic visits. Our service team is trained to the standards required for national-level hosting, combining cultural authority, operational precision, and impeccable presentation.
