Dachayuan company  was founded in Guangzhou Fangchun tea market in 2000, it has established three tea research and production bases in Yunnan and Guangdong province, and has more than 2000 employees all over the country.Over the past 24 years, the company has focused on tea art service and tea production and marketing, and promoted the standardization of tea art service industry.It has more than 60% market share of similar tea art services in the country, and is a leading brand of tea service in five-star hotels in China.The company has been rated as AAA production safety quality and trustworthy enterprises for many times, it is committed to sustainable development and continues to implement sustainability in the following ways:

 

我们的茶叶及包装：Our Tea and Packaging:

坚持使用非转基因原料茶（不含转基因生物）。

Use nongenetically modified tea materials (without genetically modified organisms) consistently.

使用环保包装，同时回收并重复利用纸箱。

Use eco-friendly packaging while recycling and reusing cartons.

积极开发并选用绿色无公害茶叶供应商。

Actively develop and select green non-pollution tea suppliers.

我们的茶叶从茶园采购并采用严格标准进行加工，从鲜叶采摘到成品制作过程均使用有经验的员工，保证原料到出品茶叶的品质，为客户带来一杯真正优质的茶汤.

Our tea is purchased from the tea garden and processed according to strict procedures, from picking fresh leaves to production of the final product, all using experienced staff to ensure the quality of the raw materials and the finished tea. This brings our customers a truly high-quality cup of tea.

使用专业的物流运输设备，保证运输条件及卫生，确保茶叶从原料到成品到运输的可追溯性。我们拥有专业的检测设备及检验员，确保出厂的每一批茶叶安全、无农药残留。

The use of professional logistics transport equipment, ensures transport conditions and health, and ensures the tea production and transportation process with traceability. We have professional testing equipment and inspectors to ensure that each batch of tea into the factory safety, no pesticide residues.

 

我们的员工：Our staff

公司严格执行国家《禁止使用童工规定》，企业人事部确保在任何岗位范围内不使用童工，按时发放工资，遵守用工程序。公司招聘一定比例的残疾人减轻社会负担。人力资源部招聘时必须对应聘人员进行严格验证，保证无犯罪记录。

The company strictly implements the Provisions on the Prohibition of Using Child Labor. The personnel department of the company ensures that no child labor is used in any position, that wages are paid on time, and that employment procedures are complied with. The company also recruits a certain proportion of disabled people to reduce the social burden. The human resources department strictly verifies the recruitment of candidates to ensure that there is no criminal record.

未来持续发展计划Sustainable Future Action Plan:

2024年10月：组织爱护环境公益活动，到广东茶山垃圾清理和动物粪便，保护茶园环境。

October 2024: Organize public welfare activities to protect the environment, and clean up garbage and animal waste in tea platations in Guangdong Province to protect the environment of  tea moutain.

2024年12月：组织工厂节能减排，增加可持续利用包装原料，保护工厂周围环境。

December 2024: Organize the factory to save energy and reduce emissions, increase the sustainable use of packaging raw materials, and protect the surrounding environment of the factory.
